Uprise Cannabis is raising capital for the immediate commercialization of its fully licensed Infusion and Transportation facility, a de-risked asset strategically located in Chicago’s Bridgeport neighborhood.

The 18,000 SF manufacturing facility is fully renovated and compliance-approved. It is engineered for high-volume culinary, beverage, and infused product operations, featuring over 3,000 SF of dedicated, secured vault space for high-capacity inventory management.

Uprise Products is primed for market entry with a diversified, high-margin portfolio, strategically designed to target core revenue segments in the Illinois market immediately. The comprehensive launch suite includes:

• Edibles (High-Demand): Gummies and Hard Candies. 
• Concentrates (Premium): Three formats: Live Resin, Live Rosin, and Liquid Diamonds All-In-One cartridges.
• Flower SKUs (Comprehensive): Jarred Flower, Pre-Rolls, and high-value Infused Pre-Rolls and Dog Walkers.
• Strategic Expansion: Additional SKUs and beverage products are already scheduled for Q1 2026.

Regulatory and Logistics Risk Mitigated: All launch SKUs have secured initial IDOA (IL Department of Agriculture) approval. Packaging is sourced, orders are placed, and the team is driving toward the November 2025 launch.

Furthermore, Uprise Transport is already operational, currently executing deliveries for initial partners as we scale logistics for high-volume operations.

Uprise Holdings LLC. is securing a lease agreement for a fully insured property in accordance with both state and local ordinance requirements for the Illinois Infusion facility. The property will serve as Uprise Illinois headquarters for both Infusion and Transportation and will initially bring Phat Panda products to market as soon as January 2023.
